These classes are suitable for most people. They require the ability to get down and up from the floor unassisted. If you have osteoporosis then the MAT 101 classes are for you. All bodies can benefit from MAT 101, especially those that sit for hours at a time slumped in a chair. If you have "no core strength" you've come to right place instructor Deb McCormack can help you but in the meantime, for safety sake, develop some core strength before attempting MAT plus.AUGUST SCHEDULE
