Kern
County School of Yoga will offer yoga to the community in a whole
new way. Beginners will be given all the necessary training and
tools to create and maintain a life long practice. Intermediate
students are encouraged to attend early morning classes as well
as the beginner's evening classes. Classes officially begin July
1st with part one of a two part workshop BUILDING A HOME PRACTICE.

BEGINNER'S
YOGA PACKAGE
Three classes a
week and two free workshops - Introduction to Yoga & Introduction
to Ayurveda, taught
by director of Kern County School of Yoga, Antoinette LaBarbera
E-RYT-500. Classes
are held at Mind-Body Exercise Studio, 2721 Alta Vista Drive,
NE Bakersfield and will be held Fridays & Sundays 5:30 pm
- 7 pm, and Wednesdays at 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm.
$100 month.
INTERMEDIATE
YOGA PACKAGE
Includes
the three classes outlined in the beginners package and two
additional early morning yoga practice sessions: Tuesdays &
Thursdays, 5:30 am - 7 am. Plus, half off all work-shops.
$120 month.
TWO PART WORKSHOP
BUILDING A HOME PRACTICE Wednesdays,
7:15pm- 9pm, PART ONE: July
1, and PART TWO: July 9 Bring a sense
of harmony into your daily life by establishing your own home
practice. With regular yoga practice your mind unites with the
body and breath, manifesting health, tranquillity, and happiness.$40
for one workshop, or $50 for both.
DROP-IN CLASSES (listed below), still
require pre-registration, either by email or by phone.
$15 single class, or 10 class pass $100 (must be used in 2 months
60 days). Arrive on time, as the doors will be closed 10 minutes
into class.

7:15 PM - 8:30 PM Yoga Basics: building a Foundation
Fridays
& Sundays 5:30 PM - 7 PM Flow yoga All levels - expect
to sweat.
Tuesdays
& Thursdays 5:30 AM - 7 AM join Antoinette in her yoga
practice. Intermediate - advanced
