CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS

Saturdays, 7:15 PM - 8:10 PMMATFLOW PILATES/YOGA strengthens, stretches, and reshapes the body. This class works for most levels of fitness so long as you able to get up and down from the floor fairly easily. The instructor will demonstrate ways to make a pose or exercise easier or more challenging if appropriate. Instructor, Deb McCormack.

Thursdays, 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM FLOW YOGA yoga poses held while focusing on the breath, then,flowing with the breath into the next pose. This class works for most levels of fitness. As with all yoga, this class will relax and energize mind and body, will strengthen and stretch the entire body, and will improve balance and foster a general sense of well-being. Mondays, 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM MATFLOW EASY PILATES/YOGA strengthens, stretches, and reshapes the body. A beginners class, blends matwork pilates and flow yoga. No previous experience required. This class is suitable for most people, so long as you are able to get down and up from the floor fairly easily. Instructor, Deb McCormack.

CLASSES THAT REQUIRE PRE-EXISTING STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

Tuesdays, 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM MATFLOW PILATES/YOGA strengthens, stretches, and reshapes the body. Previous experience with pilates and yoga would be helpful. Instructor, Deb McCormack.

Thursdays, 5:45 PM - 6:25 PMBOSU reshapes and strengthens the entire body while focusing the mind. This innovative training device stabilizes and challenges the body. Some strength and pre-existing kinesthetic sense required. Instructors will rotate from week to week.
