Zumba Yoga Pilates Videos Directions



longer, leaner looking physique
MATflow (pilates/yoga/qigong)
Stretches & strengthens, shapes & tones improving physique, posture and balance. Calms, soothes & relaxes. Mostly pilates & yoga, this program also includes some qigong & calisthenics as well as meditative practices. Bring a mat. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch. Please do not wear scent to class.

easyMAT
Mondays, 1:10-1:50pm
If you want a slower, easier version of MATflow, easyMAT is especially designed for the raw beginner, or anyone who feels intimidated by pilates &/or yoga.
This is a "doable" class. If you can make it up the steps to get to class then you most likely will have no problems with this class. We do get down and up from the floor - bur only once in the class! And we can use the wall bars for assistance.

MATpilates for the intermediate to advanced participant. It would be best to attend a few MAT flow classes before coming to the PILATES classes

Calms, soothes & relaxes. Emhasis on breathing and meditative practices as well as gentle stretching.
