Bring a mat or a towel to place over a borrowed mat. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch. Please do not wear scent to class.  
You are invited to participate mindfully at your own pace.
No prior experience needed, no pre-existing flexibility required.
TIPS: Tune in to how you are feeling in the moment. Don't compare yourself to your neighbor.
These classes should feel good. Don't force, take breaks if you need them.
Do what you can and with regular practice you will be able to do more.
