STRETCHES & STRENGTHENS, SHAPES & TONES
Bring a mat or a towel to place over a borrowed mat. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch. Please do not wear scent to class.
No prior experience needed, no pre-existing flexibility required.
TIPS: Tune in to how you are feeling in the moment. Don't compare yourself to your neighbor. These classes should feel good. Don't force, take breaks if you need them.
Do what you can and with regular practice you will be able to do more. Classes are suitable for most people but if you have thinning bones the Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:45am-10:35am MAT101.
