Simply show up, ready to work-out. Ideally arrive 3 - 4 minutes before class Wear comfortable layered clothing that allows you to move and stretch. Please do not wear scent to class. Classes, except for zumba, are done in bare feet or with socks when the weather is cold. Except for zumba, belly dance, BOSU & ballet-tone bring a yoga mat or a towel to place over a studio mat. Participants must be able to get down and up from the floor without assistance. Drop-in classes are $10 a class or buy a pack of 10 class passes for $70.
